The oldest winery in the Canary Islands and one of the ten oldest in Spain. We still have some 19th-century vines that ripen on the hillside and are harvested by hand, one by one. Fire, wind, and rock create extreme conditions that give rise to wines with a distinct character and personality, through which we discover the soul of a land and a climate unique in the world.

The covered wine press dates back to 1775, according to the founding inscription.

In 1910, we replaced the beam press with a German vertical hydraulic press, which is now on display in our Wine Museum.
Since the 1950s, winemaking has been overseen by professionals (15 head winemakers over 50 years).
We were pioneers in the Canary Islands in wine bottling (1935), using machinery that we also display at the museum.
Starting in the 1980s, we revolutionized the methods and styles of Canary Islands wines.
We introduced stainless steel for winemaking, refrigeration equipment, and membrane presses to the Canary Islands.
We have also begun producing natural sparkling wine.
We continue to use traditional methods in the production of Canari and Glas.
